The Foresight Forum is a strategic thought leader conversation with brokers about shaping the future of employee health and wealth via health reimbursement arrangements like ICHRA.
HRA Council leaders will facilitate 360º feedback sessions with health insurance brokers, host educational sessions including federal policy and regulatory updates, and build foresight for the desired future. Brokers will engage directly with industry leaders in well-curated sessions while earning continuing education credits.

Deeper Dive into the Program
The HRA Council Foresight Forum is designed to cultivate honest, transparent conversations about what brokers need to become ICHRA champions. We believe brokers have the framework, training, and partnerships to drive this shift, and have designed the Forum to help all of us shape the future.
The Core Event programming begins Sunday afternoon with 3 hours of fast-paced, interactive CE Credits, followed by the opening night’s Welcome Dinner on the beach. Seize the opportunity to network with high impact colleagues in a relaxed environment intended to foster focus and creativity.
Monday morning starts early: breakfast with top industry leaders, followed by an unflinching look at where we are now. What are the keenest insights at the federal level? What are the most successful brokers doing with ICHRA today? What does the client journey look like as 2026 gets underway? And what did we learn from the most disrupted open enrollment in history?
Monday’s sessions conclude with a break before dinner on the Tiki Patio. Another chance to relax, unwind, and explore more of the ideas, questions, challenges, and opportunities from the day.
Tuesday morning begins with a 360º feedback session, moderated and curated so industry leaders throughout the ICHRA ecosystem––from carriers to administrators to enrollment platforms––hear directly from you about what you need to test, try, or fully embrace ICHRA. Then, leaders from the longest-running academic foresight program in the world will work with us to not just map the future, but to equip us to advance it.
Tuesday’s sessions conclude with “choose your own adventures” in dining, relaxing, or continuing to map the future together.
